Homebuyer Education Classes

Finally Home! Homebuyer Education Classes are specifically designed for first-time homebuyers and are taught throughout the state. Classes are offered by Idaho Housing and Finance Association at select host locations. See the schedule on the Idaho Housing and Finance Association Website to view training schedules by location. An online course is also available statewide. The fee for the online course is $50.
